HKC Security has launched the RF-FOG module, for residential and commercial premises.
This new module enables connectivity between HKC’s control panels and third-party security fogging systems including UR FOG and Density Global, as a response in the event of an intruder or panic activation. The module works with the HKC 10270 control panel. RF-FOG, available through HKC’s approved distributors, connects via HKC’s SecureWave two-way wireless, for encrypted communication without the need for extra wiring.
The fogging product can be programmed to activate upon detection of an alarm, alarm confirm, panic, or panic confirm activation from a connected HKC intruder alarm. Different activation times can be set for alarm and panic events. The system releases a dense fog, and within ten seconds hands or feet cannot be seen, forcing intruders to flee a break-in, whether in retail, commercial premises, or high-value residential properties. A user can have real-time control and event logging via the HKC app and cloud platform.
