CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Any cancellation of exhibition or sponsorship bookings must be received at least six weeks in advance of the event, when a full refund will be given. It is regretted that no refunds can be given after that date
- Any cancellation of accommodation bookings must be received at least six weeks in advance of the event, when a full refund will be given. It is regretted that no refunds can be given after that date as Professional Security Magazine (PSM) will be committed to pay the conference venue/hotel for these costs
- All exhibitors will be pre-allocated spaces in accordance with the floor plan beforehand
- Delegates and exhibitors are responsible for settling their own accounts for drinks, room service and any additional hotel charges
- Exhibitors and sponsors are responsible to insure their own equipment (be it demo equipment or laptops etc) against loss or damage at any event.
- Exhibitors and sponsors are responsible for their own Employers and Public Liability and Indemnity insurance.
- It is a requirement that exhibitors have Public Liability Insurance & provide evidence of this prior to exhibiting. Should you need cover then you can click here for a range of packages starting at £53
- We reserve the right to alter the programme without prior notice
- Full payment, including VAT, is due to be settled with PSM 30 days after date of invoice or if less than before the event.
- VAT at the current rate will be charged in addition to all fees
