A launch of Researching Incels: A Critical Feminist Intervention, an Emerald title by Dr Stu Lucy and Prof Lisa Sugiura, from the Centre for Cybercrime and Economic Crime, and Dr Frazer Heritage from Manchester Metropolitan University.
Opening remarks by Prof Paul Smith then panel discussion: Dr Stu Lucy, Dr Frazer Heritage and Prof Lisa Sugiura and audience Q&A. The authors will discuss their motivations for writing this book, personal experiences and reflections on engaging with poor incel research, and the wider implications this work can have on government policy and research funding allocations.
