Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Worthing
Rate: £25,000 to £33,000 + Overtime
Technical Resources are currently working with a leading systems integrator who specialise in the Installation, Servicing and Design of Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control and CCTV Systems covering the South Coast. They currently have an urgent need for a Project Coordinator to work alongside an already existing team.
Responsibilities:
- Procurement of project materials.
- Answering inbound calls.
- Scheduling engineers.
- Liaising with sub-contractors.
- Liaising with and assisting Project Managers.
- Updating the database.
- Liaising with Clients and potential clients.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Creating job packs.
- Ordering and receiving deliveries of stock.
- Obtaining reports.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent IT skills.
- General admin skills.
