Project Manager – High-End Security | North London | Sector: Commercial Security (Office Fit-Outs & Government Buildings)
This role focuses exclusively on commercial projects, including prestigious office fit-outs and sensitive government buildings. You’ll manage projects from handover to completion, ensuring delivery to the highest technical and professional standards.
The Role
- Oversee multiple commercial security projects simultaneously
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Attend the office once or twice per week (site-based the remainder of the time)
- Provide technical input and support where required
- Occasionally assist on the tools if necessary (not a regular requirement)
Technical Experience
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of modern security systems, including:
- Access Control: Gallagher, CCure, Lenel, Brivo
- Intruder Alarms: Texecom, Galaxy
- Wireless Locking Systems
- CCTV: A wide range of analogue and IP systems
A solid technical background is essential, with the ability to troubleshoot and support engineers when needed.
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial security sector
- Technically strong, with a background in installation or engineering
- Comfortable managing high-spec, high-security environments
- Organised, professional, and client-focused
- Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
