Security Systems Project Manager
Location: Johor, Malaysia
Salary: RM120,000 – RM140,000 per annum + Benefits
We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale enterprise security projects across commercial, critical infrastructure, and data centre environments.
Requirements
Proven experience managing enterprise-level security system projects
Strong knowledge of LenelS2, CCure 9000, or similar enterprise systems.
Experience with integrated CCTV, Access Control, and Security Management Systems
Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience delivering projects within mission-critical or high-security environments preferred
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of security systems projects
Oversee project planning, implementation, commissioning, and handover
Coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders
Drive quality, compliance, and project governance standards
