Senior Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Central, West & East London
Up to £50,000 basic + overtime + paid travel + benefits
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Servicing and fault-finding on addressable fire alarm systems – GENT and/or Siemens is essential
- Diagnosing faults efficiently and completing small remedial repairs
- Carrying out PPMs and responding to reactive issues
- Managing your own time and schedule
- Keeping clear records and reporting issues professionally
- Ensuring all works meet BS5839 standards and internal quality procedures
- Supporting clients remotely – most callouts are resolved over the phone
- Participating in a 1-in-7 callout rota (light demand, mostly advisory)
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 7+ years of fire alarm servicing experience
- Strong knowledge and recent experience with GENT and/or Siemens systems
- Confident working on networked panels.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Able to work in commercial office spaces and high-end environments.
- Full UK driving licence.
- ECS card, FIA units, or manufacturer training desirable.
