Project Manager – Fire Sprinklers | London & Home Counties | Competitive, dependent on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of sprinkler installation projects across commercial, industrial and retail environments.

You’ll take ownership of projects from contract award through to commissioning and handover, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, contractors and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in driving successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage sprinkler installation projects from start to finish.
  • Plan programmes, budgets, resources and procurement.
  • Coordinate clients, contractors and project teams.
  • Monitor site progress, quality and health & safety compliance.
  • Manage project costs, variations and commercial performance.
  • Oversee project documentation, commissioning and handovers.

About you

You’ll have:

  • Proven project management experience within the fire sprinkler industry.
  • Strong knowledge of LPC Rules and BS EN 12845.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to interpret construction drawings.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

  • LPCB qualification.
  • SMSTS.
  • CSCS Manager Card.
  • Experience within industrial, warehouse or retail projects.
  • Knowledge of BIM or AutoCAD.
