Exam Batch Track

by Msecadm4921

NOCN-approved training centres can shortly use a new on-line system to track their batches of exam papers, the Security Industry Training Organisation (SITO) reports.

With regulation underway, the new system has been designed to help customers through what the training body calls a particularly busy period.

SITO Managing Director, Stefan Hay, says: โ€œWe are always listening to our customers’ concerns and looking for ways in which we can improve our service to them. Both SITO and NOCN have already increased the number of staff in their awards teams to cope with demand. The new online system will bring further benefits, meaning that customers can check exactly which stage their batches of exams are at, resulting in them being able to get the information they need in a speedy and efficient manner."

OCN’s Director, John Sanders adds: โ€œThis system will enhance SITO and NOCN’s service to customers. The two organisations have built up a strong partnership which is key to us successfully meeting the training needs of the security industry. Our relationship and the service we provide is going from strength to strength and the industry will reap the benefits."

The system will show customers when SITO have received the paperwork, when the papers have been marked and when the results have been sent out to the customer. It is will also confirm SITO and NOCN’s commitment to produce certificates by the Friday of the week following the issue of the results.

Approved centres can enter the NOCN Batch System from the log in page on SITO’s website www.sito.co.uk/login.php Password details will be sent to all approved centres. Or, they are available from the SITO Customer Service Team on 01905 20004. All information on the system will remain confidential.
