Kings Secure Technologies (KST) reports it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Luton-based supplier of fire safety, smoke ventilation and security technology, Silver (UK) Ltd, that trades as Silver Group.
Bob Forsyth, Chief Executive Officer of Bradford-based Kings, pictured, said: “KST has been a leader in the fire and security sector for over 50 years – our proposed acquisition of Silver Group will further expand this position. Silver Group will remain based in Luton, with Mario Vaianella as Business Lead.
