A West Yorkshire-based security and facilities management (FM) contractor has completed a management buyout (MBO) with funding from a bank. Triton Group in Wetherby used an eight-figure funding package from HSBC UK to complete the MBO. Group Managing Director Lauren Paver, pictured, is taking an 82 per cent stake in the business.
As part of this transition for the business, Lauren has made the heads of each department within Triton Group a shareholder with the remaining stake. Triton has plans to expand operations across the UK, with a focus on the creation of new jobs and apprenticeships and an emphasis on recruiting young people locally. Triton says it’s targeting an ambitious growth plan to grow the company to £100m turnover over the next five years.

This is a significant milestone for the business, as we look to expand into new markets, create new job opportunities and stronger communities throughout the UK as result, building on our 20 plus years of experience in the sector.”
