The London-based guarding company Unitrust reports the completion of its fourth annual London to Brighton bike ride, raising some £7,500 for charity.
The nine riders, Unitrust employees and clients, came together on a sunny day to take on the 55-mile challenge, tackling the rolling hills and sharing the ride’s camaraderie. The funds raised will go directly to Refuge, a women’s refuge, helping to provide specialist support services for survivors of domestic, sexual and gender-based abuse.
Scott Gough, Managing Director of Unitrust, said, “We’re incredibly proud of our team for their dedication and effort in completing the ride again this year. It’s not only a great way to stay active and connect with our clients, but it’s also a fantastic opportunity to support the important work that Refuge does. We’re thrilled to have raised £7,500 and look forward to continuing this tradition for years to come.”
