Well done Nats

by Mark Rowe

Here we go then and let’s see who has moved around this month!

And let’s start with Steve Marshall, who has joined James Brown at Selectamark as the UK Sales Manager, I’m sure when Steve was offered the role he muttered just one word and those of you that know Steve will know that the word was “FANTASTIC”. How many of you remember Chris Brown? Which one, I hear you cry, because there’s more than one, in the security industry alone. The one that was at ADI Global Distribution; anyway he has joined Infinity Limited, as Head of Sales. I always remember years ago when I was at MVD and was doing a demo to a potential customer, I had Chris Brown from Geuetebruck and Chris Brown from Vicon in the room, when I introduced them both as Chris Brown I pointed out that the Chris Brown from Vicon was the one wearing the orange shirt!

Remember Phil Doyle? whose previous roles included Vice President at Bosch Security Systems, Regional Director at Axis Communications, and most recently, Chief Business Officer at BauWatch? The Clearway Group Limited (Clearway for short, also in that field of vacant, void and remote property protection) announces they have made him the Group Chief Executive Officer. Congratulations Phil!

Natalie Foxcroft, pictured, has become the Managing Director at Soteria Security Services, well done Nats! Josh Whitehead is promoted to Head of Sales at DVS. Chris Edwards becomes Head of Operations for Total Care Security; Andrew Lewis starts a new position as Sales Director for Beacon Detection. Adam Osborne has started what he calls a new chapter in his life as Country Sales manager at KEENFINITY Group after spending an incredible 24 years working for Bosch.

Mark Winter starts as the Sales Director for LRM Security. Daniel Arrowsmith starts as the new Northern Europe C&PS and UK Projects Leader for ADI Global Distribution, now there’s a title! While we’re talking of good titles, Raphael Lawson becomes the Fraud and Payments Director for THG Ingenuity. Benjamin Stokes becomes the Managing Director for Security at ProFM Group, while Chris Key becomes the Sales Manager.

Kate Boyce starts as the new European Director at Gallagher Security, and Ian Compton becomes a business development manager. Jason Cosh is now the Project Manager at The Emerson Group. Claire Shrosbree starts as Chief Executive Officer at CYS Security, while Julie Knight becomes the Managing Director for CYS. Let’s have another fancy title, Paul Green starts as the Senior Relationship Manager at NW Security Group. Christopher Palmer is the Operations manager at Aaron Access.

At Skills for Security, whose gathering at the swish Royal Academy of Engineering (see page 58) I wasn’t able to make last month, Gavin Wilson has become the Head of Sales. Dave Pickering who taught me how to use my Digital SLR camera has joined the Security Trade Products Limited (STP) as a Regional Sales Manager. Now Richard Forsyth becomes the Sales Director for V360 Systems. Neil Culff has become Group Strategic Account Director at Fortus.

And it seems Cop have launched Tech4TheTrade and Nathan Garner is its founder and Director of Technical Services.

Mark English starts as a surveyor at Index Security Systems, that takes me back to my days at Chubb when I was a surveyor, ah the good old days!? Lewis Robins becomes the internal sales manager at Luxrite. Tim Cutbush has become a designer for Chubb Fire and Security UK. James Hall joins CloudPass as head of Business development.

Dan Allen has been promoted at Sat Secure, he joined in 2022 and has worked his way up to become the Marketing Director. Stewart Meyer, who has been serving on a fractional basis at ICT since July 2024, has gone into a full-time role of Chief Marketing Officer at the firm. Comelit-PAC has appointed Stephen Tickle as its new Regional Sales Manager. Stephen will focus on supporting PAC’s access control portfolio, with emphasis on delivering tailored solutions for the social housing sector, we’re told.
