Security Sales Manager | Oslo
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the electronic security industry to join our team in Oslo. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing new business, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering tailored security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Generate and manage new business opportunities across the region.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
- Work with technical teams to deliver customer-focused security solutions.
About You
You will combine strong commercial ability with solid technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including:
- CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
- Hands-on experience in installation, service, or commissioning.
- Proven success in security sales or business development.
- Strong knowledge of the Norwegian security market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
