In the latest in our series from around the UK about business crime reduction partnerships (BCRP), we feature Exeter – the Devon county town’s BCRP manager, the council CCTV control room he’s based in, the city centre police inspector, and the guarding of the pre-Christmas market outside Exeter Cathedral, pictured, after we featured the city centre community safety patrollers in our February edition.
