Registrations are open for the 2025 Innovation Lab by Carlisle Support Services. The day will bring together hundreds of seurity, cleaning, and FM (facilities management) people on Thursday, March 27 at theexhibition and convention centre, Excel London in Docklands.
This year’s event promises an emphasis on sustainability, artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and complementary technologies designed to aid people-based operations. For the first time, the event will feature a sustainability partner, Neutral Carbon Zone, which will support the organiser in measuring Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. This assessment will align with international standards, towards an evaluation of the event’s environmental impact across all aspects of operations. As at previous such days, in previous years in Manchester and Liverpool, the event will deliver professional development, and peer-to-peer networking. Some 50 exhibitors will be in attendance, while speakers (pictured, February 2024 event at ACC Liverpool) will also address topics across the support services including AI, technology, sustainability, social value, counter terrorism, workforce reform and complementary policing initiatives.

Those due to attend include senior stakeholders from Arriva Rail London, BBC Studioworks, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Tesco, LeShuttle, Northern Trains, Southbank Centre, Jaguar Land Rover and Avanti West Coast.
