Electronics Line 3000 Ltd, a RISCO Group company announce that their subsidiary, ESP UK Ltd has been acquired by the Redditch based management team headed by CEO Andy Clements. Andy and his equity partners have acquired 100 per cent of the shareholding of the Midlands based business from Electronics Line 3000 Ltd on November 30, 2011.
Electronics Line 3000 Ltd, an Israeli based company, under the sales management of David Kelly will take responsibility for the UK market and continue to support its customer and wide range of products.
