NSI firms among UK OSPAs winners

At the 2025 UK Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) last month NSI certified companies were no less than 27 finalists that had in all 83 nominations. Four NSI approved companies took awards across eight categories. Those winners were:

Outstanding Contract Security Manager/Director: Alex Philiotis – First Response Group
Security Team: Crime & Intelligence Team – Coop & Mitie Security
Customer Service Initiative: Here East Safety Customer Service Initiative – CIS Security
Security Training Initiative: London Bridge City Security Training Initiative – CIS Security
Event Security Team: Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Team – FGH Security
Young Security Professional: Tom Marsh of FGH Security
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative: CIS Security
Security Sustainability Award: CIS Security and ESG Strategy

Richard Fogelman, NSI Chief Executive, pictured, was among the speakers at a thought leadership conference in the afternoon before the evening awards dinner. He said afterwards: “As one of the most prestigious events in the security calendar, the UK OSPAs play a pivotal role in recognising the outstanding commitment, professionalism and innovation that drive our industry forward. This year’s winners and finalists exemplify excellence, demonstrating their dedication to advancing industry standards.
