Atlas Security has appointed Lewis Waters as its new Solutions Manager. The guarding firm describes it as a strategic role to support the company’s growth ambitions and add to its solutions-led approach to security services.
Lewis joins with a background in IT and project management delivery. Atlas says he’s bringing a fresh perspective on how tailored, technology-driven solutions can support its people and better serve clients. Since joining, Lewis has fitted into the team and has already hit the ground running, the company says: contributing to new contract wins, improving solutions for clients, and using his passion for fitness to fundraise for Action for Children and other charities.
Nick Clegg, Sales Director at Atlas Security, said: “Lewis’s appointment reflects our ambition to grow with purpose over the coming years. His technical expertise and strategic mindset are a great asset and already proving successful in helping to deliver smarter, more personalised solutions to both existing and new clients in the sectors we operate in. Importantly for us, he’s a great cultural fit for the business and is already playing his part in making it a successful 2025.”
Lewis Waters, pictured, added: “I’m thrilled to be part of Atlas Security. The company’s values, culture, and commitment to quality really stood out to me. It’s exciting to be part of a team that’s not only focused on keeping people and premises safe, but also on bringing happiness to our employees and customers. I’m looking forward to helping shape our solutions to drive long-term value for both our clients and our own team members.”
