The event policing contractor TSG has gained the ISO 9001 business quality certification.
The firm reports that it had to demonstrate its dedication and commitment to meeting customersโ needs, operating efficient management processes and delivering consistent, good quality products and services.
The consultancy QMS oversaw an analysis of the TSG business model, followed by a two stage formal assessment before awarding the company with ISO 9001 certification.
Danny Littlechild, Technical Specialist Consultant at QMS, says: โBy achieving ISO 9001 certification, TSG is able to demonstrate to customers and suppliers that the systems it has in place meet the high standards set out by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). โI was very impressed with the TSG management teamโs commitment to establishing clear processes from the outset so that all future expansion is controlled and all projects are managed with the same consistency.โ
