Telesales Executive – Remote CCTV Monitoring Solutions
Location: Office-Based
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
The Opportunity
Our client is a rapidly growing provider of remote CCTV monitoring solutions, delivering 24/7 protection for businesses, assets, and people across a range of sectors. Their proactive monitoring service helps prevent incidents before they escalate, offering clients greater security, peace of mind, and operational efficiency.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Telesales Executive to join their sales team and play a key role in expanding their customer base.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships over the phone and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will engage with security installers, facilities managers, business owners, and decision-makers, introducing the benefits of remote CCTV monitoring and helping prospects understand how the service can add value to their operations.
The role will involve a combination of warm lead follow-up and proactive outbound business development, making it ideal for someone comfortable with both consultative selling and cold outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact B2B prospects through a combination of warm leads and outbound sales activity.
- Identify customer requirements and present tailored remote CCTV monitoring solutions.
- Generate qualified appointments for the field sales team and/or close business directly where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or business development within a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a professional and engaging telephone manner.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Confident handling objections and overcoming barriers to secure opportunities.
- Previous experience within the security, facilities management, technology, or related sectors would be advantageous, although not essential.
