General Manager – Operations & SOP
Location: UAE
Salary : AED 22000 – AED 25,000 monthly

Our client is seeking a General Manager – Operations & SOP to lead and streamline business operations by developing and implementing robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, and Administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives on improving processes and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop, implement, and standardize SOPs across Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, and Administration.
-Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
-Drive financial discipline, cost control, and coordination with the finance team.
-Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and material planning.
-Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and workforce utilization.
-Ensure effective maintenance, allocation, and utilization of machinery and equipment.
-Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
-Promote accountability, compliance, and operational discipline across departments.
-Monitor departmental performance and implement corrective actions where required.
-Collaborate with department heads to align operational activities with business objectives.
-Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and audit readiness across all functions.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
-8–12 years of experience in operations management or a senior leadership role.
-Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations.
-Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations.
-Expertise in SOP development, process optimization, and operational excellence.
-Experience within Construction, MEP, or Industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
