We’re partnering with an established and ambitious manufacturer within the fire safety sector to recruit a Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager, depending on experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who wants to make a genuine impact, shape strategy, and play a key role in a business entering its next phase of growth.

Industry experience is welcome but by no means essential. We’re keen to speak with talented marketing professionals from a wide range of B2B, manufacturing, technical, engineering, or commercial sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing and delivering marketing plans that support commercial growth
- Managing digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns
- Creating engaging content that strengthens brand awareness and generates leads
- Producing and managing marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales support materials
- Monitoring campaign performance and using data-driven insights to optimise activity
- Supporting exhibitions, industry events, and partnership initiatives
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Identifying new opportunities to enhance market presence and customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within a marketing role, with responsibility for planning and delivering campaigns
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Confidence using digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercial awareness and a desire to contribute to business growth
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience within manufacturing, technical, engineering, or fire safety sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential
