This year marks an important milestone for LockRite Locksmiths celebrating 18 years of keeping homes and businesses secure. Since our first job in 2007, when a customer snapped a key in their door, our focus has remained the same: to provide a trusted, reliable and professional locksmith service our customers can count on.
Eighteen years on, LockRite Locksmiths are trusted by tens of thousands of businesses and domestic customers across the UK. Eighteen Years at the Forefront of Locksmith Services
The locksmith industry has seen a rise in imitators and short-lived competitors trying to replicate LockRite’s success. Some have come and gone, but LockRite continues to lead the way, with success built on consistent quality, investment in locksmith training, the latest technology, and genuine customer care.
Over the years, we’ve helped countless customers that are locked out, who’ve lost their keys, need urgent lock repairs, need access to a family safe or need to upgrade their locks. We’ve fitted video doorbells, smart locks and alarms, and carried out routine security maintenance. Sometimes the jobs are more unusual, but whatever the situation, our locksmiths always respond with care, quickly and professionally.

LockRite Locksmiths Ltd. established in the UK, with the goal of delivering trusted, professional locksmith services nationwide.
2013
Achieved CHAS Certification, recognising our commitment to health and safety standards.
2014
Achieved ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) certifications and became Constructionline Members.
2015
Gained OHSAS Certification (now ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety).
2015
Won the Altius Assured Award for compliance and business excellence.
2015
Formed a Yale Smart Security partnership, bringing customers advanced smart lock and connected home security solutions.
2015
Partnered with Gunnebo, expanding our services into specialist areas like entrance and access control, secure storage, and electronic security.

Became Google Partners, enhancing our digital presence and marketing reach.
2017
Launched our bespoke job management app, streamlining job allocation and management across the locksmith network.

Became official supporters of National Home Security Month and have been regular contributors.

Adapted and continued to serve customers safely during the COVID-19 pandemic, implementing strict safety protocols.

Secured a nationally exclusive contract with a leading supermarket chain, providing locksmith services across almost 1,000 UK locations.

Expanded into the automotive sector with LockRite Auto, offering specialist vehicle locksmith services.
A National Brand with Local Locksmiths
LockRite is a national name, but each LockRite locksmith runs their own local locksmith business. When you call LockRite, you’re speaking someone who understands your local area and its security needs. Their local knowledge, with the high standards of our national network, ensures that every locksmith provides a consistent, expert service, with the personal touch of a local business. Many have their own stories of achievement, from earning specialist certifications in smart security and auto locksmithing, to introducing new security services in their local areas. Some have been part of the LockRite network for over 15 years, bringing a wealth of experience that continues to benefit our customers. Our very first locksmith, who started in 2007, is now preparing for his well-deserved retirement after 18 years of trading.
