The IFSEC brand includes the event IFSEC in the UK and its sister events IFSEC South Africa and IFSEC India. The IFSEC brand has also been recently launched in both South India and West Africa. Alongside the exhibition, IFSEC Arabia will feature a symposium aimed at protection professionals focusing on the latest strategic and technological developments in the protection industry. Themes are expected to include: information technology systems; biometric identification systems; and the protection of gas and oil energy facilities.
IFSEC Arabia with be co-located with a number of events including the recently launched OSH Arabia, an event for the Saudi Arabian occupational safety and health industry, also organised by UBM and Alagat Montgomery. IFSEC Arabia will be co-located with two separate IT events, one aimed at consumers and one aimed at the business to business market. Organised by Alagat Montgomery, SmartTech Arabia is the Saudi Arabian international consumer electronics exhibition and ICT Arabia, the Saudi Arabian international information and communications technology exhibition.
Saudi Arabia represents say the two firms a highly profitable market as one of the top ten fastest growing countries in the world and the largest and most influential economy in the Middle East.
