The UK event security and crowd management contract company Showsec announces it’s gained the Silver Award in the Investors in People accreditation. This is a step on from the Standard Award, and covers employee wellbeing and development.
With a workforce of 4,650 operating across the UK, the Leicester-based firm reports that it has robust processes that empower employees at every level. Recent evaluations highlighted the company’s commitment to clear and regular communication, effective leadership, and a culture of appreciation. Showsec adds that it has also scored strongly in its audit for the Security Industry Authority ACS (approved contractor status).
Showsec has also retained its ISO 9001 accreditation, the international standard for a company’s quality management systems.
