It’s described by the developer as a solution tailored to the needs of manufacturing and logistics. With intelligent AI-powered analytics, this AI pack helps managers address safety challenges, streamline workflows, and comply with industry standards. AI analytics are performed on the device, reducing infrastructure costs and enabling real-time decision-making.
Overview
The AI Pack combines AI (artificial intelligence) to detect and monitor safety factors. It provides real-time monitoring of forklift and worker activity, enabling an overview of operations. Forklift speed detection ensures that vehicles operate at safe speeds, with audio alerts prompting drivers to exercise caution. Proximity detection of the distances between forklifts, and forklifts and people, aids site safety. Slip-and-fall detection uses deep learning to identify personnel falling, allowing for response to reduce injuries and liability. These analytics are customisable and enable facilities to adapt detection zones, thresholds, and alerts to meet their needs.
The AIA-C01FSP adds value beyond safety with business intelligence such as heat maps and queue management to optimise workflows. Forklift heat maps visualise high-traffic areas, enabling operators to adjust layouts and reduce congestion. Queue management tools monitor forklift queues in real-time, ensuring smooth operations and preventing delays. The AI Pack also addresses regulatory requirements, for example, by detecting blocked exit points and notifying staff to remove obstructions.
