Water sector market development

At the physical security product manufacturer Abloy UK, Rob Hodge, pictured, joins the company as Market Development Manager for the water sector.

Rob brings experience to the role, having worked in customer facing sales and development positions across the security and engineering sectors. His background includes roles in UK business development, regional sales management and national account management, with a focus on access control, security technologies and engineered solutions.

Over the last decade, Rob has built an understanding of the security industry, the firm reports, including product standards, site certification and the specifics associated with protecting critical national infrastructure. Rob will be responsible for account management with water companies across the UK, working on delivery and new business development.

The firm offers CLIQ and PROTEC2 CLIQ, which combine mechanical and electronic elements. Rob said: โ€œIโ€™m excited to join the knowledgeable team at Abloy, and my focus will be on maintaining strong relationships with existing water sector clients while identifying opportunities to grow our presence across both current and new sites.
