After the first Boundaries of Security Report last year, manufacturer Future Fibre Technologies are releasing the 2011 edition at the Milipol 2010 Exhibition in Doha, Qatar on October 25.
The 89 page report was originally published last year by designers and manufacturers of fibre optic intrusion detection technologies, FFT.

The new edition has been updated to include the latest market research and emerging industry trends from IMS Research, plus best practice recommendations for infrastructure and high value asset protection. It also features explanations of latest intrusion detection technologies including C-OTDR Fibre Optics, and Ground Based Radar systems.
Also added is a whitepaper on the importance and operation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in processing raw alarm data to eliminate nuisance alarms.
