SSAIB, the UKAS-accredited certification body for the security and fire industries, has appointed Amy Crawley as its Operations Manager. She joins the inspectorate with a background in leadership and management, having spent 17 years in senior roles within the education sector.
A graduate in Business Studies, she brings with her a experience and transferable skills, the SSAIB says. In her new role, Amy will focus on streamlining internal operations, improving efficiency, and upholding standards of customer service.

Her proven leadership experience and fresh per-spective will be invaluable as we continue to grow and evolve. Amy officially joined in June 2025 and has already begun working with key teams to align operations with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
