Client development director

by Mark Rowe

The guarding company First Response Group (FRG) has a new client development director, Ryan Powell. The company, a member of the ACS Pacesetters group of highest-scoring SIA-approved contractors, says that he will be keeping up to date on market trends, managing senior stakeholders, strategic planning and guiding commercial negotiations. He will play a key role in London with Leeds-based FRG’s relations with the City of London Crime Prevention Association (CoLCPA), the City Security Council, and the counter-terrorism info-sharing group TiNYg.

Powell said: “FRG has offered me a rewarding opportunity to leverage my experience and skills to build meaningful, long-term relationships with its clients. I look forward to understanding its unique needs, collaborating closely with the team, and developing tailored solutions that drive mutual success.”

Barry Dawson, Group Managing Director of FRG added: “First Response Group is delighted to welcome Ryan to our team. His extensive experience at Mitie, G4S, and Allied Universal will help us further strengthen our industry-leading security and facilities management services. As we continue our journey towards a £150m turnover, we look forward to his contribution in driving client satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term success.”

About the firm
