Gold for Stanley

by Mark Rowe

Stanley Security Solutions announced it has been certified under the National Security Inspectorate’s (NSI) NACOSS Gold scheme for installation electronic security.

This accreditation is described by the security company – part of Stanley Black & Decker (SWK) – as a culmination of its quality management policy, which also recently resulted in its ProtectionNet Customer Service Centre receiving NSI ARC Gold accreditation.

Tony Hibberd, Quality Manager at Stanley Security Solutions, says: “Attainment of this accreditation was a result of hard work and planning by many people. I am proud to have been one of those
involved. This certification is the first step of a continuous journey of
steadily improving the quality of systems and services we offer to our
customers.”

Stanley says it deploys a daily discipline of ensuring consistent operational excellence in what it refers to as its five customer touchpoints: account management, installation, service, monitoring and billing. Stanley Security Solutions designs, installs, monitors and services security systems for industrial, government, commercial, residential and national account customers.
