Evolution, the Buckinghamshire-based fire and security company, has gained the Cyber Essentials Plus certification. Cyber Essentials is a UK Government-backed scheme that helps organisations to protect themselves and their data against a range of common cyber attacks, verifying policies and procedures to meet the required standard for corporate cyber protection.
Cyber Essentials Plus is the higher certification level and requires on site auditing and verification of cyber security measures carried out by an independent certification body.
Derrel Beasley, Technical Director at Evolution, says: โAchieving Cyber Essentials Plus Certification demonstrates our commitment to implementing and maintaining cyber security measures that ensure our clients are fully protected. Maintaining these standards gives us the confidence that our data, and our customers data, is secure.โ
Separately, Evolution and Fireco have agreed a trading partnership to redistribute and install the Fireco range of fire protection products.
