NSI Gold

by Mark Rowe

A Hampshire security company has received Gold accreditation from the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) certification body.

Venture Security, based in Andover, has become NSI Gold for its mobile patrol services, static guarding, key-holding and alarm response services. This is in addition to its frontline services, management systems, support infrastructure, staff welfare and people development, which compromises the silver accreditation.

Venture managing director, Paul Howe, said: “We’re incredibly proud to have received gold accreditation from the NSI. This is the universally recognised standard of excellence within our industry and illustrates the high standards we always strive to achieve. As well as providing quality security services to our clients, we back this up by looking after our team members and having all the relevant systems in place to ensure our business runs smoothly at all times and under all circumstances.”

Venture clients range from businesses, to housing associations, local government to sporting venues. It’s accredited as a living wage employer.

The NSI provides two levels of accreditation, silver and gold, with the higher standard also incorporating a ISO 9001 Management System Certification.
