Print Group

Orchestra Group, the security print, fulfilment and customer contact centre company with plants in Wotton-under-Edge and Bristol, reports announced record results for the 2004 year plus a re-structure of the group’s shareholdings.

Brian Dickerson, Chairman said: "Turnover for the year just ended stood at £18m up from £15m in 2003. 2004 was one of our best years yet in all performance measurements. 2005 already looks promising for us and the future looks solid due to powerful strategic alliances. I thought it was time to align the Board towards that future whilst maintaining stability, industry knowledge and our culture of customer sovereignty."

Dickerson will remain as Chairman and Chief Executive of the group while Mike Cartwright becomes Chief Operating Officer in addition to his role of Finance Director. Existing directors Andrew Bunnett, Robert Evans, Neil Logan and Glenda Scott make up the other Group Board members.

The Board holds the significant and controlling shareholding of the group. Barclay’s Bank remains a valued shareholder and supporter.

Brian Dickerson added: "The team has always taken ownership of its responsibilities as directors and I am delighted that they are now taking ownership of the company. I believe that together we are now set to take the business even further forward."
