London attack

by Mark Rowe

In the Saturday night, June 3 terror attacks on London Bridge and Borough Market, seven people were killed besides the three knife attackers. The Met has asked the public to upload digital photos and video files that relate to the attack.

London Bridge Station and Underground were closed, and a cordon placed around the scene. For updates follow https://twitter.com/metpoliceuk.

Police point out that the UK threat level from international terrorism is at severe, meaning an attack is highly likely. While an attack could occur anywhere at any time, they point out factors that make some locations more attractive or vulnerable to terrorist attack than others, particularly so-called ‘soft’ targets like ‘crowded places’, whether organised events, or pubs and clubs, or shopping centres.
