The fire and security resourcing specialist Zitko has created two new senior appointments. The existing employees Terri Lalonde and Laura Raven have been promoted to the senior leadership team (SLT).
Terri Lalonde, pictured, joined the company in 2019 to manage all aspects of candidate experience, including service standards, engagement, marketing and application / selection processes. The firm says that her promotion to the SLT underlines the importance Zitko attaches to candidate care and positions the company to maintain standards as the business scales up.
Contracting is one of the drivers of this growth and Zitko has marked this by promoting Laura Raven to the SLT. Laura has developed a contract resourcing service with an online portal for employers and contractors.
MD George Zitko says: “We’ve grown to 25 people over the past year and our strategic decisions are now guided by what will work for a 40, 50, 60-person business. Building the right management structure is vital to maintaining our standards as we grow. I’m obviously delighted to be welcoming Terri and Laura to the leadership team.
