The contract guarding and Facilities Management (FM) firm Bidvest Noonan has appointed Michele Powell as Head of Operations for its Security Co-Ordination and Intelligence Centre (SCIC). Michele, pictured, will oversee the delivery of the companyโs specialist operations centre, intelligence and threat-notification capabilities, and incident-coordination function. She will lead the firmโs dedicated Control Room and Intelligence Analysis teams.
Previously she spent more than four years with a global retail group, where she served as Global Safety and Security Manager. There, she led complex international programmes, strengthened security operations across multiple regions and helped shape high-performing teams in fast-paced retail.
